On the 2nd of November 2017, AUWiSE teamed up with PwC to conduct a series of mock interviews. The aim was to allow eight participants to practice their interview skills and learn where to improve!
Participants met with PwC representatives interviewed them just as they would for those they hire. They then gave feedback on their performance. All slots were filled!
A big thank you to our speakers from Chevron and all who attended our Chevron Technical Talk and Q&A on the 17th of October 2017! We had a whopping turnout of 120 people, making this the biggest AUWiSE event to date. We hope you were all able to gain something from the talk and network with the Chevron representatives (and enjoy the food)!
Thank you to everyone who came to our Meet and Greet Event on the 14th of September 2017! We had a blast talking to and getting to know you all!
There seemed to be a general consensus yesterday about there being society members meetings to discuss future events and get to know other members so we will put up a poll shortly on what date would be best for most people.
Remember you can keep up to date with all our events through our Facebook page and can gain free entry to all our future events by getting your AUWiSE membership from https://www.ausa.org.uk/societies/22013/
